Dr. Ebenezer Annan
Dr. Ebenezer Annan is a visiting postdoctoral researcher from the department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Ghana, Accra - Ghana. He is a Cambridge-Africa Partnership for Research Excellence (CAPREx) fellow. Dr. Annan research interest is in ‘Materials for Water Filtration and wastewater treatment’. In his spare time, he enjoys playing (and watching) football and tennis. His co-host at the University of Cambridge is Dr. Michael De Volder (Institute for Manufacturing).

Sing Teng Chua
Chua Sing Teng is a visiting undergraduate student from the National University of Singapore (NUS), who has just finished her 3rd-year study of Physics and Materials Science. Under the supervision of Dr. Michael de Volder, she is working on the fabrication and optimisation of lithium sulfur and selenium battery using Tortech carbon nanotube (CNT) film.

Dr Yuhoon Hwang profile pic

Dr. Yuhoon Hwang
Dr. Yuhoon Hwang has joined the IfM as a visiting academic in Dr. Michael De Volder's Nanomanufacturing group. He is currently working in Seoul National University of Science and Technology (Seoultech, Korea) as Assistant Professor. He is working in the field of environmental engineering, especially water and wastewater treatment. He has research interests on application of functional nanomaterials for clean water production. He has mainly investigated nanoscale zero-valent iron as functional a nanomaterial, but has experiences on making various nano-composite materials for more practical remediation application.
