Welcome to NanoScapes

Nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs), and graphene, are not only interesting from a scientific or industrial perspective, they can sometimes also form beautiful structures, which under electron microscopes reveal glimpses of a fascinating nanoworld.

Most of the pictures on display are microscale structures (each about one thousandth of a millimeter or more), consisting of many nanoparticles (each about a hundred thousandth of a millimeter or less). Click the images below to be redirected to thumbnails of different types of nanoparticles.
